We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with proven experience specializing in consulting and advisory services from junior to the most senior levels of an organization.  Having recently retired from the United States Marine Corps, The founder, Johnny Higdon, is excited to offer top notched consulting services and training programs to the public at large. While in person training is best, all programs can be tailored to a virtual environment, or a COVID friendly classroom environment recognizing CDC guidelines for safety during the pandemic.
